The music of producer Chris Mantle could perhaps best be described as a fantastically messy mixture of techno and electro. Druggy, mashed up vocal samples jostle for prominence with lo-fi digital sounds and distorted beats. Beginning his music career as a teenage punk rocker, Chris soon discovered techno and by the time he was in his early twenties had already started to DJ, eventually producing his own material.
